About the Artist

Ryan O'Keefe — better known in the glass world as "SD Ryno" — has been at the torch since 2005. Based in San Diego, he built his reputation on whimsical character work, most notably his iconic Rubber Ducky series, which has become one of the most recognized and collected themes in functional glass art. His pieces often play with the tension between cute and dark, good and evil — wrapped in technically demanding flamework that commands serious collector prices.
