At Wicked Studios, we stand behind what we sell.

Everything is carefully selected and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of that, all sales are final.

No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.


Damaged on Arrival

We package glass the right way. Damage in transit is extremely rare—but if it happens, we’ll take care of it.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com.

Include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the damaged item
• clear photos of the box and packaging
• any visible damage to the outside of the package

Photo documentation is required so we can file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit depending on availability.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

If approved, we’ll make it right.


Electronics & Manufacturer Warranties

Electronic products (Puffco, Stündenglass, and similar devices) are covered by manufacturer warranties.

All warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives defective on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photo or video documentation.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt.

Once a package is signed for at the delivery address, it is considered delivered and accepted.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Delivered Packages

Because all packages require a signature, delivery is confirmed at the time of receipt.

If you believe there is an issue with delivery, contact the carrier directly. We will provide any shipment details needed to assist.


Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.
