Shipping Policy

At The Wicked Studio, we do our best to get your order packed safely and shipped out in a timely manner. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s operations, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

The Wicked Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by:

  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • undeliverable addresses

  • refused shipments

  • failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

Damaged on Arrival

We take a lot of care in packaging your glass, but if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com so we can handle it quickly.

To help us process your claim, include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item

  • clear photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

  • any visible damage to the outside of the package

Photo documentation is required so we can file claims and resolve the issue fast.

Once reviewed, we’ll take care of you with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the situation.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item received.

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments require a signature from the buyer upon delivery, confirming the package has been received.

Once a package is signed for, it is considered delivered and accepted by the buyer.

If you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will provide any tracking or shipment details needed to assist.

While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’re always here to help point you in the right direction.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • the item arrived damaged, or

  • we sent the wrong item

Electronics and Manufacturer Warranties

Warranty claims for Puffco, Stündenglass, and other electronic products may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an electronic item arrives damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com with your order number and photo or video documentation.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on your location and local laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to know whether a product can legally be shipped to their state, city, or jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be shipped.
