Damaged on Arrival: If your glass arrives broken, you must contact us at Dogtownscotty@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the break.
Used Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used or had water put in it.
Electronics: Warranty claims for Puffco, Stündenglass, or other electronic rigs must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
